Starting a vegan diet can be daunting! There are so many new foods and elaborate recipes it's easier to just slide back into familiar ways. This blog is dedicated to finding simple ways to make the transition.
This is my favorite breakfast: Bowl of fruits (cantaloupe, strawberries or raspberries, blueberries,) some chopped raw nuts and a few raisins and dried cranberries. I like it so much that when it's not available I feel cranky and deprived!
